Could not find any issues at all. Best hotel we have stayed in! Very comfortable beds and pillows, super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing Breakfast!!

Great restaurant and bar. Friendly staff, although some were quite laid back.
A little dusty - could do with a dust. The bedding and over all look was clean and modern. There are so patches of walls not painted etc. When informed that the we had no remote control for the tv the employee said that they often get lost and he’d check which he didn’t do. Also tea and coffee not supplied on second day of two day stay, when asked we did get some. The location is slightly out of Brockenhurst so if trying to drink at local pubs you have to get a taxi.

All good
Entry/exit on a fast bend on a main road, but we survived!
Lavatory cistern was not working properly and refused all attempts by staff to fix it. I devised my own method and we managed for the stay.
