Perfect location, big bedroom and comfortable
The only thing was that they don’t have the service of shipping luggage. But no worries you can do it at the closer konbini or post office.

Great location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in all things. I couldn’t recommend this place more especially if it’s your first time out
The room I booked is a little small, but that is on me. Still accommodated our needs.

The room was clean, located in a central location with good room size. There is a small coffee/tea area available 24 hours for all guests.
One of our luggage was damaged when we arrived in Kyoto and we have to purchase a new luggage. When we inquired the front desk as to how we can dispose off the broken luggage, the staff just told us that we have to find a way to dispose off the luggage by ourselves. We understand that Japan is strict when it comes to waste disposal and explained that as foreigners we are not familiar as to how and where we can dispose a broken luggage. We even offered to pay the necessary disposal fee for the broken luggage but the staff rejected and declined to help us and again asked us to find a way to dispose off the luggage ourselves. We find that such a poor and low customer service is totally unacceptable and very disappointing.
