The room was clean, equiped good, the location is excellent.
The steps inside the room create safety hazard particularly for small children 😟. We all got hurt a few times during our 1 night stay.
The breakfast was buffet was the worst, 2 types of bread, 2 soup and 4 cold salad. None that kids would like to eat. Thats pretty much it.
I wouldn’t recommend paying even $10 for their breakfast. There are plenty of good breakfast places outside.

Near Sanjo train station and in the center of town. The best room (a 5 person room) of our 3 week trip. It was a great base of operations and a nice room to return to after climbing Inari mountain.
If you want to skip the crowds get out early. There's a stark difference in crowds and traffic before 13:00 and after 13:00.

Amazing location, very close the subway and lots of shops and restaurants.
Very kind and friendly staff members. Very helpful.
Washing machines & dryer… for a big capacity hotel with lots of guests. There were only 2 washing machines available. They were always occupied and everyone was always waiting in line. We never got the chance to wash our clothes during our stay.
