A wonderful, spacious apartment, in a perfect location with stunning views of beautiful Kotor.

Location is incredible. Apartment was wonderful. Spacious, clean, with everything you need, even seasoning in the kitchen cupboard! Great views from the balcony. Our host, Bozidar, was very helpful and welcoming.

Convenient base and great value

Amazing location. It's a few flights of stairs up, but it's a big, wide, well-lit stairwell. Locals in the other apartments (not tourists). Great layout over two floors. Lower floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a well equipped and comfortable lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony. Upper floor has 1 bedroom with balcony then a separate bedroom with just a roof window and sofa bed - you walk through this bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom. Everything worked well including the a/c and it was all very clean. I would describe it as basic/no frills (e.g. minimal furniture, beds not particularly comfortable) but the price and location made up for it. Overall, a very convenient base for exploring the area. Great that they provided (well worn) beach towels as well as bathroom towels. We enjoyed having breakfast in the apartment (supermarket a few mins walk away for local pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice... plus a good takeaway coffee shop just opposite - kitchen had enough bowls/plates, water filter jug in fridge) then we ate out for lunch and dinner (theres a promenade with several restaurants just outside which have a nice, quiet atmosphere). Host was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.

No negatives, really. I guess the stairs were a bit tiring, but rewarded with a nice view from the balcony.

Exceptional

Very pleasant apartment in scenic surrunding. We spent a fantastic week in Kotor. Apartment is located just next to the seaside in a walkable distance form the old city. Free and safe parking is also nearby. If we have a chance to visit Kotor one more time wie will deffinitelly stay at the same apartment.

Absolute best location in my opinion.

Clean, spacious accommodation as described. Great open lounge / kitchen for six to chat comfortably. Hopped straight across the small road to town beach each day plus ten minute walk to wonderful Old Town. Thanks Bozidar for your great communication and welcome both before and at Kotor.

Nothing to mention here.

the location was perfect, it was just next to the beach and very close go the old town, shopping mall etc. The house can accomodate 6 people easily. the owner was so helpful.

the apartment from outside doesn’t look so good/clean/new but it’s not even a problem.

4th floor in a blockhouse, no lift, ok for people with no handicap

Close to downtown, good view to the bay. Waterpolo matches nearby!!

Parking possibilities are limited, close road might be disturbing during night.

The location is super, the host is kind and the price is very reasonable.

The beds were too soft or very hard. I could not sleep well.

Close by the sea, enough place for sleeping, 2 bathrooms.

When you open the kitchen tap, vey hot water comes for 3 seconds, which burnt our hands multiple times. There is only one rusty drying rack.

Great value, great location!

The location was the best part! Across the street from the beach, while 3 minute walk to a nice grocery and 6 minute walk to the old city. Our host met us at the grocery store and led us to the apartment and pointed out parking (we were parked in an hourly lot). The apartment was very large with two bathrooms. The balconies were great. The beach area had the best view and pictures do not do it justice. Magical. Our host was very helpful.

Not really an issue after the first day but there are two air conditioners (one in the main living area and one in the upstairs bedroom). They were strong which was appreciated because it was very hot during our stay. After the first day, leaving the two downstairs bedroom doors open was sufficient to cool them for sleeping. The hot water is controlled by switches on the wall. And also ask to make sure the hot water heater for the kitchen is plugged in.

Very well located with 10 minutes walk from old city. Quite easy to park the car, Just in front of the beach. Apartment well equipped. Nice landlord to provide the keys.

The apartment has everything you'd need. It is perfect for family vacation. It is very close to the city beach. The view from the balconies is beautiful.

There were not enough wardrobes for the clothes. If you have problem with climbing stairs I can't recomend it but otherwise it is perfect.
