The property was lovely! Very homely!
The owner was amazing! Very helpful, always there when we needed something.
Was able to help with taxis which were a better price than those you see online or try to book through booking.com
The location was perfect with less than a 10 min walk into old town. But also in front were some amazing views and decent food.
The rooms are air coned! Massive bonus
Walls were a bit thin, but that’s a given due to the building.

This is a great place to discover Kotor. Olga was a very welcoming and helpful host. The location is excellent, calm and peaceful but only 10 mins walk from Kotor old town. There are very good bars and restaurants in Dobrota very close to the apartments. My room was very clean, well equipped and with a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. I can recommend Panonija highly
No complaints, except maybe the shower head could be replaced

Amazing host Olga who served us a lovely Turkish coffee and local cake. She was very helpful in booking a boat tour too. Fab location, 30 seconds away from the waterfront and 10 mins away from the old town. Beds were super comfortable and the room was nicely decorated especially with the terrace. Free parking available nearby and 3 spaces outside the accommodation
Terrace door was quite squeaky, could do with some WD40.
