The pool area was brilliant, with great views into the bay. It was private and quiet too.
The staff at the office were absolutely brilliant- they answer any queries and helped with bookings for restaurants and taxis and any recommendations for the area.
The room (Studio 2) was good, but due to the placement, there is a lack of natural light.
The bed was also very loud.
There were no drawers, so storage for clothes etc was slightly difficult.

Lovely pool and you have your own private apartment and pool side space as well as parking which is great as parking during the summer is impossible here
A good 35-40 min walk to kotor old town and all up hill on the way back

The place was exceptional. The host provided an excellent mini tour when we arrived. Recommending some good restaurants locally. The host was also very accommodating and helpful when we got in touch via WhatsApp etc.
The room itself was clean, modern and the photos on Booking.com do not do it justice, it was much nicer than they looked. The balcony we had was truly exceptional and had a phenomenal view over the bay.
Whilst there is no breakfast included there is a pastry shop down the road and some good breakfast spots by the front. We found it cost around 6€ to get to old town Kotor which was very reasonable.
The pool was relaxing, clean and spacious. It was quiet and has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all, an excellent place to rest and relax.
Overall, I would recommend this place without a shadow of doubt. Stay here and get the room with the huge balcony, it's really special.

The host was so Nice and sweet. She was allways avilible if we needed anything.
Pool was Nice. The view was stunning! Short walk to the shore. 20-30 min walk to old town.
WiFi was not the best
$$$$
