This house was in a great location, close enough to downtown but still far enough to get to the trails and be away from the crowds. We had our pup with us and he loved the little backyard and grass to run around in. John recommend some places to visit and was super helpful. Clean and comfortable, would definitely rent again!

Nice rental in a good neighborhood area. Close to the east side of Boise. The owners did a nice job remodeling this home with updated designer features. A lot of eating utensils but lacking in cooking utensils like mixing bowls and spatulas.

This property looks just like the photos. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of food and shopping near by. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my adult son and I to stay in while visiting my other son living in Boise. Clean, had everything we needed for our stay, beds were very comfortable. We visit on an annual basis and decided this would be our place to stay. Thank you.

This house was just as described. It's very nicely decorated with a well appointed, new kitchen. We appreciated the puzzles that were available and felt very comfortable here. Even the beds are fairly comfort for a rental house!

This was a perfect place for my sis and I as we were in town for a class reunion. It was clean and quiet and couldn’t have been nicer. John was a great communicator and checked upon or arrival to see if all was well.

We were in Boise visiting our daughter who goes to BSU. She was in between apartments and stayed 2 nights with us. Comfortable beds, nice well stocked kitchen, fully fenced backyard that our little dog could roam around without worry. We love the east end neighborhood, lots of trees for shade on dog walks, even on hot summer days. Super close to Roosevelt market, for meals, treats and drinks. Easy walk to the Boise River trail, close to downtown and to Table Rock. We hope this place is available for our next visit to Boise.

Great quiet location. Home is quaint old cottage but with modern interior finishes. It is very well done and very comfortable. Just up the street in the recently renovated Roosevelt Market, which has small breakfast menu, sandwiches and salads. Market also has beer and wine and small produce and specialty item section. Super convenient to property. We had a nice stay here. Just my wife and I so plenty of space. Plenty of street parking right in front. Boise is an easy town to get anywhere quickly and this location very central to everything, couple minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to airport. Owner John was very helpful and accommodating and even dropped off an item that we had asked him about. Great 5-star service. Would definitely recommend.

My 21-year-old son and I went to Boise for the Treefort music festival. We absolutely loved this house. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, including the beds. It's a "vintage" house that's been beautifully remodeled. The location is fantastic. We could walk downtown in 20-30 minutes; Ubers were $7 + tip. John was easy to communicate with. Truly, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable home while visiting our daughter at BSU. It is decorated so nicely and is clean and cozy. It is a close drive to campus which was convenient and close to downtown but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will be back. :)

This house is perfect! Cute, clean, bright, comfy, better-than-home! Beautifully updated with vintage charm in Boise’s Historic North End. Lovely amenities and AMAZING towels! (Seriously - where did you get those?!) Thank you so much for sharing your cozy North End charmer with us! For our next staycation, we won’t be looking any further than coming back “home” to your lovely oasis!

This house was super cute and comfortable. The couches were nice and the beds were awesome! It was a quiet, safe neighborhood as well. Even though the tv doesn't have cable, it does have an antenna that gives you plenty of good channels as well as the streaming ability. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great for walking and close to downtown. Plenty of space and places to work remotely in the house. The house is beautiful inside and great yard space for our small dog to run around in. Would love to stay here again.

This is a great spot for a short stay in Boise. We hiked the nearby hills, biked all over town and returned to this quiet house in a beautiful neighborhood.
