About this condo rental
Situated in Saint Georges Basin, this charming condo for $111 per night is a great choice for your next break. Things have been tough financially, for everybody… So we have have reduced our prices to help guests to get away. You deserve a break. Pelican Bay Waterfront looks out to Pelican Point, which is in Home Bay, directly out the door from this apartment. An easy 2.5hr drive from Sydney or Canberra means this is the perfect place to get away for any break. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with ensuite for your privacy. Sit back and relax in the large open plan living area and gaze out over the pristine waters of St Georges Basin. Expansive views from the couch, dining table and kitchen. Two wide double sliders open to the yard which leads directly through the garden to the waterfront and jetty. The bedding arrangement is queen bed with pull out trundle in the main ensuite bedroom. Daybed (also with pull out trundle) in the common area. St Georges Basin is suitable for a multitude of water sports. Jetski, waterskiing, tubing, paddling, kayaking, canoeing, sailing or just lazing around in the shallows. Directly out the front is the public jetty which is very popular for fishing. Suitable for couples getaways or small family group as the water is safe and shallow right out front, at the end of the jetty its deep enough to cast a line or moor the boat close for the day. There are good boat ramps close by to launch larger boats. , For the romantic at heart the sunsets over the Basin are spectacular to watch while sitting on the lawn with a glass of wine while waiting for the BBQ to perfect your freshly caught fish. The magical sunsets are still visible from inside on those cooler evenings. For the photographer the South Coast is paradise. Where bush meets beach a diverse range of photo opportunities abound. The clarity of light over the Basin from dawn to dusk provides wonderful imagery. Many brides are choosing this jetty to capture the memory of their special wedding day. We have local shops, supermarket and the friendly Cooee Pub just a stroll down the road or (2min drive). Many good restaurants are located at Vincentia or Huskisson if you prefer to dine out. The beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park are a short 10min drive. Bush walking tracks abound, and there is a cycle way between Vincentia and Huskisson (about 10km long) with walking tracks around to Hyams Beach if that's your thing. There are also walking tracks along the foreshore of St Georges Basin. To the south you can access more great surf beaches at Sussex Inlet, Bendalong, Mollymook and Ulladulla . Back toward Nowra are ideal surfing beaches at Culburra, Currarong and Callala Beach. There is off street parking and room for your boat if you wish. The apartment is self contained with its own private entry. We offer any assistance or advice that is needed. So what are you waiting for ? Make a booking and kick back and relax. The property was exactly as described & very clean. It worked perfectly for us as a family of 5 that stayed 1 night to attend a family function held nearby. The view was lovely especially the colours at sunrise. The kids enjoyed a swim & we even saw a stingray.

We were four adults and one 3-year old and had beds for everyone. We were very comfortable and the view was amazing - especially at sunset. The friendly owners were very interested in making sure we had everything that we needed. The place was very close to a lot of beaches - Green Patch was great to see local birds and kangaroos. And close to shops as well. Overall we had a nice and relaxing time! Thank you!

Lovely location and arrival . Dated decor and needed a good clean out of trinkets etc felt like my nannas place. Bathroom clean and tidy . Kitchen appliances needed to be cleaned to remove finger marks ie dishwasher and fridge. Spacious and lovely lake views .

Superb location with lovely views. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculate. David was extremely approachable and helpful, even leaving us a welcoming fire as we arrived late. Absolutely would go back.

Stunning water views from this cute, comfortable accommodation with a spacious bedroom. We loved the quiet surrounds with just birdsong and ducks quacking interrupting the quiet. Breakfast was a real treat with delicious pastries from Kraken bakery up the road enjoyed while gazing out over the view. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway and as a base for exploring this beautiful area.

David and Sharon made us feel welcomed, we were surprised with the set up, down to everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom.

Lovely quiet place right on the water. Very well set out, very clean. David was very friendly. Had a great meal at the pub just down the road.

Five stars for this property. We loved the access to the water, the fire pit, and the clean easy no-fuss approach to the accommodation. We stayed with 2 primary school aged children and it was very comfortable.

What a beautiful place to be
This property was neat and well equipped, We met David and he was absolutely a champion, helped us getting our boat into the water and out , was very prompt in addressing any requests we had.
The location of the apartment was excellent and it made our first visit to St Georges Basin very much worth it.

Enjoyed the stay, great views and David and Sharon really went out of their way for us. Property was great but did have a slight problem with an all night party across the road one night and the neighbourhood dogs howled and barked all night on another night.

Short break St Georges Basin
Gorgeous view and the lake front for plenty of water's sport activities kayaking, swimming & fishing or just sit back & enjoy the beautiful view. Only about 15 minutes to the white sand beaches, nearby shops and restaurant. David & Sharon have given a very welcome checking in.

The place was excellent! Such a serene and relaxing place to unwind. A good fishing spot was just at the front yard. The owner was very accommodating. Highly recommended. We had a good time.
