Proximité de deux arrêts de bus permettant de rejoindre facilement le tramway et le train de banlieue. Proximité de magasins (Netto juste en face ; grand centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied ; marché à 20 minutes à pied). 2 places de parking attribuées au sous-sol. Immeuble gardé. Vue imprenable. Appartement spacieux.
Nombreux éléments du mobilier cassés, salis, abimés, usés... devant être signalés à l'arrivée faute d'en être tenus responsables. Certains ont été signalés depuis des mois (voir les anciens avis). Conditions générales attachées au contrat de location très strictes (qui contrastent avec le relationnel client : pas de taxe de séjour à payer, pas de caution à verser, pas de check-in ni de check-out) : autant les mettre à jour en les assouplissant.

Beautiful view. Good value for money. Responsive and friendly hosts.
The property is clean, but could use a repainting and repairs of many small items. The security deposit terms are so stringent that we felt it necessary to document all the issues we found to avoid paying for someone else's damage at the end of the stay.

Bardzo dobry kontakt, dostępne wszystkie informacje dot. apartamentu. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy. Zapierający dech w piersiach widok z 17 piętra na okolicę i morze. Przestronne mieszkanie. Dostępne 2 miejsca parkingowe garażowe. Dostępne również miejsca ogólnodostępne wokół budynku.
Bardzo niewygodne, zapadające się łóżka. Dostępna 1 łazienka (z wanną, WC, umywalką) oraz 1 WC (z umywalką) - a nie 2 łazienki. Duży aneks kuchenny, ale bardzo słabo wyposażony - brak np. misek, głębokich talerzy, niewielka ilość kubków. Naczynia niedomyte, z zaschniętymi resztkami jedzenia. Czystość apartamentu bardzo pobieżna, nieco pod meblami, w łazience bardziej w kątach - brudno. Armatura łazienkowa mocno już zniszczona. Meble i ściany też już wymagające napraw i odświeżenia.

Mieszkanie z bardzo starym remontem — miejscami odpadnięte płytki, na ścianach odpryski, zaniedbana łazienka. A najważniejsze — zepsute łóżko dwuosobowe. Właściciele o tym wiedzą, ale nie chcą rozwiązać problemu w porządny sposób — zamiast tego związali połamane listwy opaskami zaciskowymi. Spanie jest niemożliwe, dwie osoby zsuwają się do środka. Po jednej nocy bolały mnie plecy.
