All the staff were so friendly and helpful, provided great information and instructions, staff were also very accessible when needing to ask questions or needed help.
The room had great facilities including hot tub in the room, sauna, large TV
Loud building noises in the day such as drills, working tools

We had a wonderful stay at Gallery Suite Naples and we would definitely recommend it. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed during our stay.
The location was also great. We could walk to many places in Naples, and it was easy to get around the city and take trips to nearby places.
Communication was easy and everything was well organized. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Very, very friendly host! From arranging the check-in until the moment we checked out, the host was always kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The rooms are very clean, fresh, and well maintained.
The location is great — close to the railway station and within easy reach of everything you might need.
One thing that was unexpected and really impressive was the soundproofing. Even though the property is in a busy area, once you close the windows, you barely hear any noise from the street.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.
