Breakfast prepared , comfortable beds
Daniela was great about train information and she booked our taxi to airport
Location was hard to find and outside door was locked when we arrived . Toilet flush got jammed a lot and the hair dryer was not attached to the wall well and kept falling out of wall.

The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a small refrigerator and a balcony overlooking a typical Naples street. The Italian-style breakfast included a variety of pastries and baked goods and was personally served by the owner, which we enjoyed in our room.
The location is excellent, right in the city centre and very close to the main train station, making it very convenient for exploring Naples and getting around. The owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, she also arranged a taxi for us.
We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The space was a nice size, and everything was very clean. It was reasonably easy to access the apartment. The management was quick to respond to messages.
We didn't realize that we'd be in a shared apartment with other people. It was alright that we were, but we thought we'd have more space to ourselves. A description of the entire property and how to access it would've been nice to have. The beds were also very uncomfortable, each time we moved the entire frame shift dramatically. A few extra pillows and blankets would've been nice.
