Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for easy access to the city. Plenty of options at the option. Lovely sitting area with a chill. Minimal noise. Private hotel room with good air conditioning and comfortable bed and good shower facilities.

Napolitan Trips Hotel is the same location as Ostello Bello, with the same staff and facilities but the "hotel" rooms are on the fifth floor while the cafeteria and check-in, along with the hostel rooms, are on the third floor. The fifth floor is beautiful, with a spacious, comfortable, and clean hotel room. The shower was good and big!
Many yongsters hanging out around there, studying or just chilling out. There are also instruments people can play on if they feel like it. We stayed two nights and the first night there was a kareokey evening. Many people took part in it and it was really fun. One thing, I am not used to but liked a lot, was that the hotel sends out "shoutouts" about things happening, like everyone was invited to a pasta at dinner time the first evening and a reminder to use the free drink "coin" we got at arrival. All day and in the evening, coffee and tea await you in the cafeteria for free. The breakfast was very good with bread, croissants, yogurts, and cereals.
The hotel is very close to the big shopping street, Toledo.

Breakfast, good location, excellent reception staff upon checkin.
We were not aware it was a hostel atmosphere and were quite surprised. We assumed it was a typical hotel. More info on the booking. com website would have been appreciated.

Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and private space from the rest of the hotel and hostel downstairs - but perfect for going downstairs and meeting people!
