Posizione strategica nel cuore del quartiere Chiaia, lungo una delle zone più vive e frequentate di Napoli. La struttura è molto curata e accogliente e, nonostante la posizione centrale, garantisce un buon livello di tranquillità. Ottima organizzazione dei servizi, in particolare della colazione, con attenzione ai dettagli e al comfort degli ospiti.

La struttura è molto bella e ben posizionata. La persona con cui abbiamo parlato era disponibile e pronta nelle risposte anche ai nostri messaggi. La zona di Napoli è una di quelle che preferisco, vicino a Via Chiaia.
Il sabato sera c'è un po' di confusione sotto il palazzo ma questo non dipende dalla struttura.

Pro: clean, quiet. Con:broken drawers, broken chairs, could not charge iPad or iPhone when out of room and the electricity goes off, broken elevator, cash at the beginning and could not use credit card,breakfast: coffee machine broken, no fresh bread, difficulty finding things, used plates and utensils left in room for three days
