Location is very good, in the heart of cultural and historical center of the Naples. Also not far from the trains central station. There are also good pizza restaurants near by. The room is very clean and the host is very helpful and polite.
It would be good to increase the number of chairs in the room—at least two chairs per room. Since the room is quite spacious, adding an armchair would also be a great idea. There are only hangers in the wardrobe; adding some shelves would be helpful. Additionally, the online check-in process could be improved.
