Lovely authentic, lots of space. Great location.

The location is good. Very close to restaurants and 10 min walk to metro stations. The neighborhood is lively, therefore noise. If you would like a quiet place; this property may not be for you. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.
The shared kitchen is only to make tea and coffee. We couldn’t even eat fruit because there was not cutlery. No pots nor plates. You cannot hang out outside in the terrace in the evening since there is no light and the light switches say “do not touch”.

A charming Italian style property not far from the Center of Naples. The entrance is grand, the high ceiling, the huge commun space, the old ceiling… it’s like staying inside an old movie location.
We did not get wifi connection all through our stay, which was very challenging for us (we arrived from abroad, we were relying to internet to coordinate the rest of our trip and we could not do it. Additionally it was very hard to find good wifi in Naples in general, many restaurants or cafes do not have wifi or it’s very very slow. Coming from Asia this felt like returning to 19th century 😂).
The noise!
Isolation is so poor, that we could not sleep properly. Our Apple watch traced only around 4h of sleep per night. (The road below our room is small lane but God - how much the Italians like to horn and shout!!!)
Another point to consider is the steep staircase that leads to the rooms. This is not uncommon in Italy, but for foreigners it might be a bad surprise to realise that you have to drag your 20kg suitcase 3 floors up. Be aware, pack light.
