This place is so friendly very clean the rooms are the same as what you see on the pictures,they picked me up from the airport,Reno is so friendly and making sure you are ok I am definitely coming back

The area where the RBNB is located was dirty. Once you enter the Elite Rooms, it felt great.

Staff were very amenable to a late check in.
Message said there was breakfast tickets as we had payed for breakfast but were not with the room key as per message.

Right next to the train station. Therefore convenient if you need to take a train early.
I had to wait for 25 minutes to get into my room because no one was at the reception (and although I had given my exact arrival time).
The room is ok but « elite » is not the right name: broken shower, flickering lights, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms.
Overall quite expensive for what it is.
