Stunning looking building l was impressed by the standard and sympathy of the conversion to create the rooms. The kitchen facilities were particularly useful. The housekeeper was welcoming and helpful and the wonders of technology solved any language problems.
It is an inherent and unavoidable "price' when choosing the Palace that clients need to be physically able to carry their baggage up 10 flights of stairs.
Some more, clearer, signage would be helpful

The place itself and the location were amazing! It felt like walking through a museum.

Gorgeous unique touches. Beautiful antique piano at the entry. Vintage costumes & pieces decorating the entire place. Greeted with exceptional kindness. Even assisted with arranging transportation to the airport. Cake, muffins & lovely cookies on the table on arrival. I would most definitely recommend & hope to return myself one day soon.
There were areas that the air conditioning did not cool, in particular the loft. Adding another AC unit to this area, as well as the main room off the kitchen/dining area would be wonderful.
