The super central location is certainly the strongest point of this accommodation.
There is 0 reception or human contact, everything happens on WhatsApp or through an app to open the front gate and codes to open doors. We were told that sheets/towels would be changed every 3 days, but after 2 days a cleaning lady shows up unannounced in the middle of the afternoon when my husband was in the toilet. He tried to ask she comes back later and she said she can’t. Then when he insisted she said ok, pretending to close the door and leave but still staying in the room to clean?! Would have been nice to respect his request or at least to know beforehand she would be coming, as this was also a moment of relaxation before we needed to head to a wedding. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes when we entered and unfortunately overlooked a wall so no great ventilation either. I don’t know how many times we were asked (including by the cleaning lady) to leave the city tax in cash on the table upon checking out. There is an elevator but it’s only for residents so something to keep in mind if you’re a tourist with baggages (or heavily pregnant like me). There is no breakfast provided so don’t expect a b&b.

very central location in an elegant and safe area, our big bedroom had a view on the street and was very clean. very good value for money since it’s sn expensive area. if you like a simple and minimalist but at the same time modern and tidy accommodation, this is a great place to stay.
the glass shower separator was missing so it was a bit hard to shower without getting the floor wet
