The owner was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She gave me a bit of information about the city as well as a city map. Other guests were polite and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect and very safe, as well as a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

Great location, clean, easy to come and go.
The instructions for check-in should be clearer: they insisted on a precise arrival time (understandable) even though the instructions indicated it was only necessary after 18:00 (when they charge additional to check in at all).

What a great independent and stylish small apartment hotel. Good central location, and a nice relaxed feel to the place. The host Stefani, was very nice and helpful. She even stayed up very late on our day of arrival to make sure we got in. Brilliant!
