Beautiful place to stay.The beach 8 min walk ,lots restaurant around,the room big and nice cool,bed big and comfortable,the fridge full of watter .Daniela very nice lady i was always happy to meet her and chat .

Great location for the waterfront and Chiaia.
Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Not too far from the ferry port. Buses and taxis nearby. Breakfast was in a cafe below, coffee & croissant, great cafe & coffee! Daniela was a great host and good communicator. We walked to Centro Storica and caught the bus back.
Although there was a lift to the property, our room was up narrow winding stairs to the next level. We only had small luggage so was manageable but wouldn’t have liked to have carried larger luggage up there.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
Communication with the owner was great. Transportation to the airport was scheduled as we requested. Great dining was a very short walk from the rooms. People in the area were kind, friendly and helpful. Out the door take a left walk across the street to a small coffee shop for the best cappuccino and tart I ever had
First travelers to Napoli italy understand that the city is ancient. We rented two rooms one room was at the top of a winding staircase and was extremely difficult to navigate with luggage so keep that in mind when booking. Next the picture of the building on bookings website is not an accurate representation of the building.
