Definitely recommend this property in Naples. Naples can be a bit unsafe in some areas. But we had no issues at all staying at this hotel and walking most places. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Molo Beverello port to take the ferry over to Capri and Sorrento. The only downside is that the walkways on the side of the street are very narrow and the traffic passing by you is pretty busy, most times of the day. My favorite part is that it overlooks the Gulf of Naples and is across from the waterfront promenade and boardwalk, which had tons of restaurants and shops. It is literally just steps to the boardwalk from the front door of the hotel. It was super convenient to walk there after a long day of exploring and grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants.

We visited the Solarium area as well as the restaurant and we found the staff's attitude distant and unpleasant.
Closing the pool, steam room ans sauna on Sundays is very frustrating and significantly reduces the value of the amenities we pay for.
I hope these feedbacks help to improve your service standards moving forward.
