Disappointing – I will definitely not be returning
I chose this hotel mainly because the website said there was parking available near the accommodation, which was extremely important for me, having a very early morning flight. Unfortunately, the reality was different: the hotel parking is closed between 00:00 and 08:00, essential information that was not mentioned anywhere. Having to leave at 04:00 in the morning, I was sent to a parking lot about 1 km away. I had to walk this distance, with bulky luggage, at a very inconvenient time. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The reception staff were unfriendly. As for the room, the price was too high for the conditions offered: there was constant noise from the hallway, and the balcony was unkempt and dirty.
I believe that the information displayed online should accurately reflect the services offered and the attitude towards customers should be professional. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations and the quality-price ratio was poor.
