Location. And helpful staff

Location - some rooms overlook harbour.

Very outdated decor, maybe 1960s(?!). Lifts very small, musty smell in corridors. Rooms and communal areas in much need of a total renovation. Seems unusual to ‘book’ time/ hours to use pool and enforce cap to be worn. No seating on balcony. Air con is not very powerful. Bathrooms very old fashioned- brown tiles and shower over bath. Could be lovely if completed renovation.
