The lift not working when we collected the keys - 4 flights of stairs in 30 degrees

Location in Galleria Umberto in the center of the city. Near Theatre San Carlo and via Toledo, and the Spanish quarter.
Heating didn’t work during our stay mid January. Poor insulation of windows and noisy even with closed windows. Drain smells from bathroom
