I stayed at Nunziatina Guest House for two nights and had a really great experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, with so many restaurants, bars and places to explore just around the corner. Most of the main sights are within easy walking distance, so it’s a great base for discovering Naples.
The room was spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet considering how central the location is. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, especially the bathroom and shower. The room also had air conditioning, a fridge and a capsule coffee machine, which was very convenient.
A special thank you to Francesco for his hospitality! He was incredibly welcoming, open and helpful throughout my stay and made everything very easy.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Nunziatina to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Naples.

Todo de 10, gran alojamiento, renovado, comodo, bien ubicado, y un gran anfitrion. Muy atento a ayudar con todo.
100% recomendable.
Es un edificio viejo asique la entrada es un poco vieja tambien , y toca subir 2 pisos por escaleras lo cual esta aclarado en la publicacion, pero la verdad que cero problema, el deparatamento esta 100% renovado a nuevo y muy comoodo.

The Nunzia apartment was a really nice place to stay. It is clean, spacious and above all quiet, which is a bit of a miracle in a town like Naples. Caretaker Francesco was really very helpful and provided a good list of recommended restaurants and interesting places to visit. He was available on short notice to help us out with any questions. Recommendable.

- L’emplacement est parfait : en plein cœur du quartier espagnol, dans une rue très animée, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, de la Via Toledo et du métro. Tout est accessible facilement à pied.
- La chambre nous a beaucoup plu : spacieuse, très propre, joliment décorée et chaleureuse, avec une ambiance cosy dans laquelle on se sent immédiatement bien. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Malgré l’animation du quartier la chambre est très bien insonorisée : nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit extérieur.
- Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence lors de notre séjour, c’est Francesco, notre hôte. Il a été absolument adorable, toujours disponible et attentif, avec de nombreux conseils. Ses petites attentions, sa gentillesse nous ont particulièrement touchés. Il nous a également aidés à organiser notre transfert en taxi pour notre retour à l’aéroport, ce qui nous a grandement facilité les choses
