This place is right in the heart of Naples, located on a busy shopping street and neighboring the famous Spanish Quarter. The room was new, clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was good.
Wasn’t an issue for us but I should note that it gets loud at night, which is to be expected in the area. Also the window wouldn’t open but somehow it was always okay in the room.

Excellent location with very close access to metro station
Owner was very nice and good with communication. He even personally fetched us from the Taxi dropoff spot.
His very nice friend picked us up from the airport as well. (Ask for Airport Transfer)
Cleanliness and spacious rooms
Building gate is closed at 8pm so only residents and guests have access.
Noise at midnight from a restaurant in the alley next to the rooms. Bring some earplugs.
