What made our stay truly special was the kindness and care of the staff. My wife and I are elderly and have mobility difficulties, and the team treated us with genuine warmth, patience and respect.
They went above and beyond to help us with our late arrival, luggage, transport arrangements and even printing our boarding passes. We felt welcomed and cared for like family.
A special thank you to the wonderful lady who looked after us and to Diego for all his assistance. Their kindness made our visit to Naples unforgettable. We are truly grateful and would happily recommend this place to others.
Nothing negative to mention. The staff did their very best to make our stay comfortable and were always willing to help. We really appreciated their kindness.

The bathrooms could use a deep clean.

Booking…. pagato a caro prezzo,
35 euro!!!
