La posizione è ottima come punto di partenza per esplorare la città, sia a piedi sia in metro. È molto vicino a numerosi bar e ristoranti anche per uscire la sera a piedi, in una zona comunque tranquilla e non rumorosa. La struttura sembra ristrutturata di recente e l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Il gestore è sempre stato disponibile tramite messaggi.
Avevo prenotato una camera con terrazza privata, ma l'unica terrazza del piano è in realtà in comune a tutte le camere e si accede dal corridoio di ingresso. L'arredo delle camere può esser migliorato, per esempio manca un armadio e uno specchio a figura intera. Non c'e un vero deposito bagagli, al massimo si possono lasciare i bagagli incustoditi in corridoio, noi abbiamo optato per lasciarli in un locker a pagamento poco distante.
