The location is great. It took a little time to get used to the Virtual Lobby system operated but actually very easy. the rooms (we saw others on check in day) were all great.

Location and service. The location is excellent — very convenient for the port, and close to both the Municipio and Toledo metro stations. There are ice cream shops, restaurants and so on right downstairs. The customer service replied very promptly.
The apartment. This seems to be an old building that has been renovated, and after the renovation it combines the best of both worlds — the great location of an old building with the brand-new facilities of a new one. The room is very spacious.
The main downside is the noise. The property is one apartment divided into separate rooms, so I could hear people talking downstairs, cars passing by, water running in other rooms, and other guests opening and closing doors. If you need a quiet environment to sleep, definitely bring earplugs. I couldn't sleep at all one night. Also, the lighting in the room isn't great. if you're doing makeup, it's hard to see the colors on your face.

It’s not very clean, you have to carry your luggages up the stairs in order to reach the elevator
