The property was exceptionally clean. The air conditioning was excellent. The room was very quiet, we didn’t hear much street noise. All of the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and they had chilled beer, wine, water, soft drinks available for purchase at a reasonable cost. My expectations were absolutely exceeded.
The only thing I can think of that would improve the property would be to have fans available on the porch/patio area. We sat out there for a short time and it was pleasant, but very hot.

The service was excellent, we were welcomed with open arms, communication was super and whatever help we needed, we got it! The place and room is nice/ok. Breakfast also ok.
We didnt like the location, I knew when booking that its not very central (about - walk to old town and via toledo) but I expected it to be more green because outside of city center, but it turned out to be in a not very nice area. Unfortunatly, the beds werent really comfortable (when my husband just moved a leg the whole bed was bouncing :) ). And when there were people in the kitchen at night, we heard everything.

This is a gorgeous place in the middle of a busy city. The staff are wonderful and go over and above to make your stay comfortable and as easy as possible. This is the place to stay in Naples.

The staff were fantastic and the best part of our stay. They were so helpful and considerate. We loved having access to the outdoor area and the breakfast was lovely.
