I can wholeheartedly recommend this place! The location is excellent, with Dante metro station right outside and both the historic center and the Quartieri Spagnoli within easy walking distance.
My room was huge and very clean. Despite the building being quite old, it was surprisingly quiet – I could barely hear anything from the other rooms or the street.
Breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and was a lovely way to start the day. I never actually met anyone at reception during my stay, but the self check-in worked perfectly and was very easy.
An absolute recommendation for a stay in Naples!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout our time here. The location is excellent, the property is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were always kind and helpful.
A very special thank you goes to Olena, the lovely lady who looked after us at breakfast. She truly made our stay extra special. Every morning she welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile. She was incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she was always ready to help us with any request or question.
Olena’s friendliness and hospitality went far beyond simply serving breakfast — she created such a warm and positive atmosphere and made us feel genuinely cared for and welcome.

Perfect size room , very well thought out .
I was happy all round . The staff were fantastic , the only thing that was annoying was the entrance gate , only the code seemed to work but the lock on the door was broken (so the key didn’t work). This was fixed very quick .

Breakfast was very basic and not many healthy options. Had a dirty plate which we asked to swap and the staff wiped it and gave it back!
No plug in the sink, shower didn’t work properly and was leaking. Advertised as two double beds but one was a sofa bed. Difficult to find and had to pay for the lift, stressful arrival.
