The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. So quiet for being in the city. Convenient location to wandering the streets (alleys). I would call it a hidden gem. Pool was perfect way to cool off after roaming the streets!

The hotel was well located and quiet. The pool was much appreciated during the summer heat. The rooms were dated but very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Quirky and peaceful hotel, with great art, tucked away in a fabulously central location. Very helpful staff and great Campari spritz :-)

The check in reception was very friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was not very exciting
One member of staff on reception very rude and unfriendly. I don’t know his name but left a very bad impression.
