The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Complimentary water was provided, and there were facilities for making coffee and tea, as well as toiletries. The bathroom was spotless.
The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and caring. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. On our very first day, they provided us with a guide to places where we could enjoy delicious food. They were happy to answer any questions we had, even if they had nothing to do with Naples! 😊
They were also very accommodating when we decided to leave our luggage at the hotel for a day while taking a trip to Sorrento before returning.
The hotel has a lovely little souvenir corner where gifts left by guests are carefully kept and treasured. If you ever decide to leave a little memory of your country behind, you could bring a small souvenir that represents your homeland. I’m sure it will be carefully looked after and find its own special place in this lovely corner.
The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore most of Naples’ main attractions on foot.
Nothing at all. Everything was wonderful!
