Location was good for the metro and local eateries
Lack of on-site staff (they were remote, around 1km away). Access involved passing through a small door (about 1m tall), and up several flights of stairs, which were not illuminated until night-time. My wife lost her footing in the half-light on one occasion, and injured herself

Location
Not up to my standard, basic accommodation, dirty and noisy overlooking Piazza. Napoli is an experience.

Nice location, clean, no problem
Having to do the check in in a different location 800m away is rather cumbersome, this is not advertised
