Easy getting to the hotel and getting around. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Walking to some great shops and restaurants in the area. Felt safe for our women’s travel group. The bathroom in my upgraded room had extra toiletries and a great hair dryer. The views from my room if the city were beautiful. Our flight was early, so they made us breakfast bags to take with us. Very nice.
The coffee shop was open but there was no one there so we missed an afternoon coffee refresh. Rooms were not ready until after lunch, but we all did get in earlier than 3 pm. After a long week, we appreciated that.

The room was very spacious but had a very small window which made it very gloomy and not fully ventilated.
The location is great. Central to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Also the pick up points for a lot of the tours are 5-10 mins walk away.
The lack of light and fresh air in the room.
The staff were helpful but just not welcoming and friendly (unlike the previous NH Hotel we stayed at in Nice)
