The staff were friendly, reliable and honest. The breakfast cappuccino was honestly one the best I've ever had! The location is spectacular, it's very easy to get anywhere in the city from here and it's bustling and lively neighborhood. The room was old, but good and clean and had a nice big windows to view the happenings on the street. You have to set your expectations appropriate to the city, I think, but with that in mind it was an excellent stay.
I didn't like the legitimate, but extra costs. One was a fee for late arrival, which I couldn't really control based on airline times. I understand since it's a small hotel, but it would be nice if you could just build that into your initial price somehow. The other one I had to look up and I realized it's totally legitimate was the city tax, which was small, but since we got ripped off by taxis, it's kinda hard to be sure on the spot if it's a real thing, or not. It is real and not the hotels fault but I just thought I would mention it.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. Extremely good breakfast with a full variety of food and drinks. I had the Accessible room, and that had very good facilities, with a good chair and raised toilet.
While staying in Naples, my powered wheelchair broke, and the staff were extremely helpful in looking for a way to patch it up so that I could get it home again, which I am very grateful for.
