The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and renovated. I like that the kids sleep in the mezzanine what make the room feel big

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bed up the stairs was very nice as well. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with basic needs.

Excellent location, near Metro and buses stations, easy walking distance from historical center. Very good facilities and communication with reception personnel always happy to assist.
Water pressure in the bath was a bit low.
