We booked the spa suite in Comfort Zone Naples, but ended up not using it. The room was clean and spacious, but the whole place is a bit tired, including the facilities. It is located in a historic building so essentially it is a flat conversion which makes it a bit strange. Respectively, the location is fantastic, just off the main downtown area of Naples.
The internet in our room was virtually nonexistent. All rooms have separate WiFi networks. Ours didn't. We connected to the room next door, but the connection was unstable and when available, it was so poor that my work laptop refused to use it. I ended up using a roaming hotspot from my phone for work.
Breakfast can also be improved considerably. The food choice was poor - few pastries and filtered coffee.

The room was comfortable and the hostess was amazing. She left many complimentary treats and water. The location was good very close to the port where we walked to in the morning.

Location was fantastic, Annalisa was extremely helpful. She allowed us to leave bags prior to check in and check out, even as a family of five! Great recommendations for food and how to get around! Breakfast was good and started early so we could eat before check out! Would definitely stay again!
Due to traffic there is a little bit of noise but it was to be expected in the inner city. As the floors are marble/stone you also hear the noise inside the apartments.

Room was small but comfortable enough. Location wasn't the easiest to find. Breakfast included at a Cafe nearby was tasty but basic.
