No milk and 2 coffee sachets once provided were not refilled next day during our stay.
Washroom were very small difficult to access dustbin and stuff as space was very tight.

In an otherwise hectic part of Naples due to its proximity to tourist areas and the incessant traffic, Grand Hotel Oriente was a haven of cool, peace and tranquility. The rooftop bar & restaurant was lovely and breakfast options were great.
It wasn’t anything the Hotel could change but the otherwise spectacular view of Vesuvius was blocked by an inappropriately placed tower block when viewed from the rooftop terrace, which was rather annoying.

So many things were broken and falling apart in the room. From door hinges to lamps . It was shocking how many things were hanging by a thread.
