The property is simple, but has all the necessary features (mini fridge, air dryer, tv, wifi, air con). Very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was of a good size. The location is great, 1min from metro station, and in the heart of the streets of bars and restaurants; the only downside is a darkish ramp of street stairs to get to the building entrance. Check in and check out very smooth and easy. The host was simply fantastic , very friendly and helpful.
I would suggest to put a kettle to make some tea/coffee in the room.

location is great, the name is accurate
the seperate bathroom is maybe 1.60m high. you can't stand upright, This is really uncomfortable
