Property has a very good location, it’s cosy and staff are very kind and helpful.
I think the bathroom in the family room needs a renovation, it’s only my opinion, the room itself is great. Overall I had a lovely stay.

Location was good. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning couldn’t quite keep up with the heat most of Naples has the same problem.

We liked the location being close to the port where our ferry arrived, walking distance to food and gelato, and quick taxi service to airport. The room was large and had a view overlooking the plaza.
The room was very warm and uncomfortable. The thermostat never dropped below 80 degrees F (27-28 degree C). After addressing this the property manager told us the next morning that the bc the unit is large and old (historic) that it takes time to cool down, but it never did. It was cooler in the lobby outside our room. Breakfast options were included which is gracious but very mid. And every few uses the toilet would keep running and not flush. We would have to wait over an hour before using again.
