Centrally located & clean
Our private bathroom plus toilet was outside our room and could only be accessed via the shared hallway. The check-in was a ~10min walk from the accommodation and since it was raining the person at the counter offered us a car ride with their driver back to the apartment. It was however not possible for the driver to shortly stop at the garage where we had parked our car (in close proximity from check-in) in order to fetch our luggage. It would have made our check-in a lot easier.

big, spacious perfect location and clean
the wrong location is on the website, then you had to find the the office and THEN walk more even a long drive f to your suite. it was just a lot of taxing around.

The location is great! The staff was super friendly. It was a short walk from the reception to the accommodation, so we decided to walk, although transport was also offered. The room was clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony to Piazza Dante is great. The room is very quiet when sleeping with the windows closed. We recommend!!

The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. It had a lovely view over the piazza.
The bathrooms smelled really bad - there was some issue with the pipes or plumbing. We queried but unfortunately the room was not changed albeit the staff tried to remove the smell with toilet gel.
