Great value in via Tribunale with plenty of choice for aperitifs, pizzas, and World Cup football matches right outside the door.
I see in general the rating is low but I like the place a lot.

The owner (Mr. Luca) is very helpful.
I have no complaints. It's a simple but organized accommodation and compatible with the price charged.
Furthermore, the accommodation is located in a Neapolitan residential building, which allows one to experience what life is like for the city's residents. The location is excellent, very central. The accommodation is perfect for a short, budget-friendly stay.

This B&B is budget but it’s incredibly central, right in the middle of an exciting part of Naples. Buzzing in the day, quiet at night. Very good value for location. Facilitated a late check in for an extra 20 Euro which was very helpful as Napoli was extremely quiet when we arrived at 11.30pm, the central train station was deserted.
Property is outdated, however impeccably clean. One shower off the owners living room for guests to share, although we never queued. No a/c, but a standing fan. I think if there were other noisy guests staying it would be an issue, however this is often the case wherever you stay.
