The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the historical hub, with a great variety of restaurants and attractions. It is also near de train station. The staff was friendly and responsive.

-excellent location ,central and on a main street so not difficult to find or feel unsafe going back to .
-immaculately clean .
-comfortable bed with lovely crisp bed sheets.
-lots of hot water
-kettle and refrigerator
-prompt help via what's app for challenges with door
-regular what's app messages and phone calls to see if I was ok
-daily tidy and restocking of room
quiet as overlooking a minor street
-the on line check in link didn't work initially and paying the tourist tax the link to pay didn't work initially
-I was given 2 names for the room I was to have which was confusing .not being Italian I did not recognise the name of the author the room was named after .it turned out the 2 names were the given and family name of the famous author but only the given name was on the room
-getting into the room was not initially easy with the electronic lock .
-all these tech issues may not have been an issues for those into tech IT matters
-I had been sent the old videos on how to get in which weren't great but was sent the upto date ones after I had got in which were an improvement.
-no mention of where to put the rubbish ,as you have to take out your rubbish or pay to have this done for you. there are bins in the ground floor courtyard.
- there is a cleaning fee in the bill .

Location is great. Bed linen were clean.
Floor and walls need renovation. Staff have no clue about how to organise a proper check in process. I got via whats up a lots of informations. Double informations inclusiv the reminder to check out before 10 o’clock…before I checked in. Essential information about check in are missing. Check in is online. You get a video. But no info on whats up about the adress of your room. I asked the client service about the adress. I got a link from Google maps. I went to the location….surprise! Was the headquarter, not the room. Overall they must improve their client service for a better review.
