Location was excellent, close to everything. Great variety of eateries to choose from. Very pleasant walking at night and felt really safe. Vincenzo was very helpful especially when I realized I had left my passport in Rome. Very understanding. We're unlikely to be in Naples again but I would have no problem staying in the Terrazza Partenopea again. For those on a low budget definitely the place to stay.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. No bowls to eat your cereal from. We would have loved a piece of fruit -- an apple or banana or anything of that variety. Coffee was good and the English breakfast tea was great to get.

Vincenzo was an exceptional host from check-in to checkout. He was always kind, attentive, and ready to accommodate any request. When we noticed the WiFi was weak on arrival, he wasted no time arranging a technician to resolve it before we returned to the room.
The room itself was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with air conditioning that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better. It was a 2 minute walk to Via Toledo and its bustling shopping strip were just steps away, with a great selection of restaurants and bakeries close at hand.
We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for outstanding service in an unbeatable location.

Right in the heart of the Spanish quarter, this wonderful hotel is located amongst the ‘real Napoli’. Shops and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. The hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms comfortable. Finally, our host Giovanni was just incredible! Friendly, informative and attentive, ensuring that we were able to maximise our time in this amazing city. I would definitely recommend! PS - the breakfast was outstanding too.
