El ubicación es ideal!! El propietario majisimo, nos dejó hacer el check-in antes de hora.
Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, las escaleras son muy altas y empinadas.
Quizás iría bien una mejor limpieza en el baño (generalmente limpio)

The apartment is pretty basic but enough if you need a short stay in a central location.
There is a washing mashine in the bathroom, which can be used by the guests, as long as you have your own detergent. There's a small common area were you can use the fridge and the induction cooker (there's no window or other ventilation in it). The room also had air con, small tv, and a nice balcony view on the Piazza di Gesù Nuovo.
The location is great if you want to experience all the centro storico has to offer, but be prepared for all the noises and smells it comes with.
The host was very nice and responding instantly for our questions.
The room wasn't very cosy and you could see that it has been set without too much attention to detail. The light bulbs were all giving a very sharp, cold light. The bed sheets and towels had some stains and the walls in the bathroom were filthy.
A couple if chairs and a table would have been nice, perhaps at a balcony, to have a meal somewhere.
Moving up the staircase might be a challenge if you are having any trouble with mobility.
