Locatie in de stad is top, alles is op loopafstand. De kamer is nieuw en schoon. Host is behulpzaam en reageert snel. Perfect👍🏻

It was very central and exceptionally clean. Ilaria was very helpful. The room was spacious and air conditioned. It was quiet! Which can be hard to achieve in spacconapoli!

The location is great, right in the historic neighborhood, close to plenty of bars and restaurants, with a great atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
You have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator, first time I’ve ever seen that. You can also only pay with the exact amount. I inserted €0.50, and not only did it not give me any change, it didn’t work either.
If charging for the lift is unavoidable, it would make more sense to include the cost in the room price and provide guests with coins for their stay, so they don’t have to worry about finding change.
Climbing three floors isn’t the end of the world, but in my case I was travelling with my parents (70+), and it was bit difficult for them.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura nel centro storico di Napoli è stato davvero molto positivo. Le host, Maria e Ilaria, si sono dimostrate fin da subito accoglienti, disponibili e professionali, fornendo tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno e mettendoci immediatamente a nostro agio.
La posizione è ideale: nel cuore del centro storico, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, dalla metro, da ristoranti e negozi, ma allo stesso tempo in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. Il palazzo è ben curato ed è dotato di ascensore, comodissimo soprattutto con i bagagli.
La struttura è moderna, nuova e molto pulita. Le camere sono ampie, luminose, ben insonorizzate e complete di ogni comfort, con bagno privato moderno e accessori di qualità. Ottimi anche gli spazi comuni, in particolare la cucina condivisa, spaziosa e perfettamente attrezzata.
Struttura assolutamente consigliata!!
