Great location in the old part of the town, almost everything is accessible by foot, but there is a taxi station near, and a bus and metro station also

Very conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from the historical center. The room is very comfortable, modern and nicely decorated.
Check-in was very smooth with clear instructions.
Communication with the manager was very good.
A few details were a bit of a let down:
- no hand soap was provided (only shower gel and shampoo)
- wine glasses were horribly dirty - not cleaned from previous customers
- towel hanger was getting off the wall

We stayed seven days in the room, it was excellent, the location is very convenient near the historic center, near piazza Municipio and two metro stations. The cleaning standards were also very high. Giuseppe was always available and willing to help. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it.
The self check-in worked very well. We kind of missed the feeling of meeting someone face-to-face, though.
