Good size comfy bed and pillow. Lovely cleaner, refilled the breakfast multiple times for us when it was empty. Good kitchen area for making my brew and food. Good spacious bathroom and bedroom, our own table and sofa!!
Shower wasn’t great, shower head moves to face the wall everytime it’s on so had to take it off to wash hair and body. Air con was temperamental and noisy but worked. Although lift was available to pay, wasn’t very big and lots of stairs when carrying heavy backpacks, might struggle with suitcases that don’t fit in the lift

The facilities are very practical. And the location is perfect. We can go any famous places by foot. I like the art collections very much. The owner seems to be an interesting person. Also the work lady is very friendly.
We have ordered the Room Toto. The air condition is very loud, if we want to use it at night. Maybe the other rooms do not have this problem.

The perfect location, the nice bed and pillows (and so clever to offer different kinds, firm or soft), the huge room with a nice view for a reasonnable price, as well as the safe neighborghood and the nice people working there !
Nothing ! It might be noisy around in the morning but it's Naples... I was happy enough either to be alone or to have silent neighbors, which was nice considering that my room was next to the breakfast room. But with earplugs, I didn't hear anything at all !
