Good size comfy bed and pillow. Lovely cleaner, refilled the breakfast multiple times for us when it was empty. Good kitchen area for making my brew and food. Good spacious bathroom and bedroom, our own table and sofa!!
Shower wasn’t great, shower head moves to face the wall everytime it’s on so had to take it off to wash hair and body. Air con was temperamental and noisy but worked. Although lift was available to pay, wasn’t very big and lots of stairs when carrying heavy backpacks, might struggle with suitcases that don’t fit in the lift

The facilities are very practical. And the location is perfect. We can go any famous places by foot. I like the art collections very much. The owner seems to be an interesting person. Also the work lady is very friendly.
We have ordered the Room Toto. The air condition is very loud, if we want to use it at night. Maybe the other rooms do not have this problem.

The perfect location, the nice bed and pillows (and so clever to offer different kinds, firm or soft), the huge room with a nice view for a reasonnable price, as well as the safe neighborghood and the nice people working there !
Nothing ! It might be noisy around in the morning but it's Naples... I was happy enough either to be alone or to have silent neighbors, which was nice considering that my room was next to the breakfast room. But with earplugs, I didn't hear anything at all !

The location was fantastic and the price was great. The room was big and the bathroom was big. The host responded quickly.
The check-in process was extremely stressful. I travel often and get notifications about my reservations, but it wasn't clear to me that I had to respond to their questionnaire in order to check in and get access to the apartment. I wish communication had been clearer that it wouldn't be possible to get in without sending all our personal information. I am not super comfortable sending my passport information and personal details on external websites, so I had preferred to do it in person. But as they don't have reception, I was locked out until we sent the form. Also very weird that you have to pay to use the elevator and must have exact change... We had to leave our tourist tax in cash in a box in our room -- a bit weird... It's a good thing we had cash. I understand that it's a B&B, but I didn't see a single staff member or representative the entire time. The breakfast was meager and pre-packaged... The only window in our room overlooked the breakfast room, and we had a hard time closing the window. So people eating breakfast in the morning woke us up. The door had cracks in it, so you could kinda see into our room... Our stay ended up being ok, but the arrival was quite stressful and made us feel uneasy. I understand that it's a B&B, but I was disappointed with the professionalism.
