There was big construction happening in the rest of the building. So there was building dust on the ground and first floor.

Location is fantastic
It is a building site with only one floor completed. There is no lift access & the 4 flights of stairs are raw concrete covered in concrete dust. The supposed soundproofing is a joke - we were woken by people coming in late more than once. The gap around the entrance door to the apartment allows light & noise to enter. The towel hooks fell off the wall with only a dry towel on them. The hot water system in the bathroom drips. The Booking.com description is not a true indication of the property.
